This beautiful assisted living home and secured memory care community in the heart of Wheat Ridge features 32 beds, 16 for memory care and 16 for assisted living. Each side is over 7500 square feet and offers multiple common areas for residents to enjoy.

Our 44th Ave community is conveniently located at 7850 W 44th Ave, nestled in a residential/commercial area close to Wadsworth and 44th Ave in Wheat Ridge. The location, easily accessible for friends and family to visit, features 4 interior courtyards with walking path, raised garden beds and outdoor seating to enjoy the weather and take in the spectacular Colorado views.
